• [ ] Women focused events
• [ ] Nonprofit partnership events </aside>

• [ ] Have been active in the Discord community for 30+ days
• [ ] Have a technical lead as your cohost or be a technical lead yourself .

(Technical leads either are building a project in the ecosystem or have passed Stellar Quest games. )

• [ ] Regularly attend the weekly meetings
• [ ] Your event must be planned AT LEAST 3 weeks ahead of proposed date </aside>

Successful Events (Budget Review):

• [ ] Make a lu.ma for your event
• [ ] Link Lu.ma flyer to President of your chapter
• [ ] Post about event on Twitter or other social media
• [ ] Get QR code for event so everyone is invited to join the ambassadors and our Discord and Notion
• [ ] Confirm on Notion that correct Date, time, and location is posted about event
• [ ] Pass Due Diligence through SDF Legal </aside>

During Event:

Remember to do all these things during event

• [ ] Use QR code and have everyone follow our Twitter/Discord/Notion
• [ ] Collect all emails for the newsletter list
• [ ] Take group photos of everyone and 20+ quality pictures of event </aside>

Post-Event

• [ ] Post 20+ professional photos, with 2+ group photos from event, and upload here
• [ ] Add attendee emails here
• [ ] Tweet photos from event
• [ ] Write about the best parts of the event and send to your chapter president for newsletter content </aside>
